Project 3: Building a Portfolio
This project will focus on developing a portfolio of your strongest photographs you have made in class thus far.
The goal of this project is for you to complete it with a curated portfolio of 20 strong, cohesive images that you may use as supplemental material in your college applications. You will also write a list of works and a biography/artist statement and turn this in with your portoflio.

What Is A Portfolio?
- a selection of our work
- a distillation of your best work
- a showcase
A portfolio is a collection of your best artwork, that you may use in a variety of different ways to get your work and abilities out in the world and visible to other people. A portfolio can be digital (i.e. on a website or social media platform like Instagram) or physical (i.e. a series of prints stored in an archival box.)
