This image is a young man or woman levitating above the ground after jumping off a building? The photo is a black and white photo. Some of the image is completely blacked off. There is weird pig masks in the bottom left part of the photo, which leads me to believe this is some sort of paranormal act. The image is completely under-exposed to light as the outer edges of the images are completely black.
The image mostly is focused except for the outer edges. The picture is however, has very many pixels. The photographer must have taken this photo while the person "levitating" was in motion. The picture is a photo that is very hard to look at. Simply because of all the colors and image texture which makes the image scary. It is framed with a pixels filled background.
The theme of this image is that this person maybe tried to jump off the building, but was caught in the hands of God. This artist maybe made this image for religious reasons or just to scare the viewer. This image literally reminds me of nothing I know of. This image brings many questions to me. The main one is, Is He/She levitating or falling?
This image fails to entertain me, for I am not interested in this kind of paranormal topic. Therefore I hate it. This photo could end up successful though, attracting an audience that is interested in this stuff.

The image of a shadow falling from a building. The colors that are being used are blacks and greys because of the dark message that the photographer is trying to get across. There are dark shadows being used in this image. There is a building and the shadow of a person included in the image. It looks like a boy is jumping from a building because he wants to comment suicide.

The image is underexposed because of how dark it is. The image is in focus. The colors are not correct because it looks like the building is supposed to be white, but it looks grey. There is pixelation because of the blurry look that surrounds the top of the image. The composition is not pleasing to loom at because of how it is dark and symbolizes a person jumping off a building.

The photographer took the photograph from under the jumping boy. A shallow depth of field is being used. The focal is the boy's foot and its framed by the rest of the boy's body, the sky, and the building. The subject doesn't fill the frame so there is extra space. The building is at the edge of the image, so some of it is cropped off.

The theme that is used in this image is the idea of suicide because of judgment. I think the story that is being told is a of a boy who lost part of his leg and was being made fun of for it, so he therefore wanted to comment suicide. The artist made this image to show the affects of bullying. The image doesn't remind me of anything. I don't like this photograph because it makes me sad to think that this boy was made fun of for this awful thing that happened to him.

This image is of a boy jumping between two buildings. This image is using a sepia filter. The lighting is dark and the image has dark shadows. There are no faces in this image but there are the buildings and his feet. The boy seems to be doing parkour.

The image is underexposed. The only part of this image that's in focus is the center. The color is incorrect. The image does not have adequate resolution. There are grainy effects on the edges.

I do not like the composition of the photo. The rule of this isn't being used and the photographer shot this from a low angle. The image has a shallow depth of field and the focal point is the boys feet. The subject doesn't fill the frame. You can see the corners of buildings on the side.

The theme of this image is jumping and adventure. Maybe the boy was jumping from building to building. The artist might have made this because thats what they did in their youth. This image reminds me of when Id jump on the trampoline as child. I don't like this image.

This photograph is of a kid jumping mid-air. The background is of an older building with fog. The color is black and white to put more emphasis on the boy. The lighting is dark with dark shadows. The boy is jumping mid-air and seems to be facing the sky.

The image is underexposed. It's also in focus. The whites look white as well. There is no pixillation in this piece of artwork. The photograph is pleasing to look at it because the usage of lighting is really good.

The image is framed by a dark, black frame that covers the top and the bottom. The photograph is also balanced. The edge of the image is the building and of the sky. The boy doesn't cover the whole screen, therefore, there is extra space. The focal point of the photograph is the boy.

The idea of the image is of a young boy having fun next to an old building. This reminds me of when I played outside of my dad's office when I was a kid. The artist made this image to show how a vibrant kid could have fun in a gloomy setting. I like this image because it's nice to look at. The photograph was successful.

This image shows a boy who looks like he is floating in the air above the view of the camera. The image is in black and white, the main point being black along with the building behind it and the sky being white. The building behind the boy is very detailed with gargoyles and lines on the edge. There are also three doors on the bottom part of the image. Along with that, there is a black lining around the whole image.
This photograph is under exposed. You can tell by the darkness and haziness of the image. The only part of the image that is in focus the bottom of the boys' feet, the rest is very blurry. There is no pixelation in this image. The rule of thirds is not being used because the subject is in the very middle of the image.

The photograph as taken below the boy which makes the audience wonder what is happening. It is a shallow depth of field is being used. There is a lot of extra space in the image and it is filled with the building and the white background. The lines of the side of the building and the lines on the building direct your eye to the center of the image which shows the boy floating. The image is symmetrical.

I believe, since the boy looks like he is floating shows the theme of magic. The artist made this image to show the fantasies of children and what they believe(in this case it's that they can fly). This challenges the beliefs of adults because they often don't believe in magic. I enjoy looking at this image because of the mystery that it portrays. I believe this photograph is successful because it draws the eye an makes the audience wonder what is happening.

This picture is of a young boy that looks like he is floating. He is floating among several buildings that form a courtyard. This image is in black and white which highlights the meaning of the picture. The lighting is very dark and dreary. The objects included in this photo are the boy and many buildings surrounding him while he is floating.

This photo is under exposed mainly because of the many dark featured shown. The image is not in full focus. The only part of the image focused is the boys feet. The colors are not correct because the white and dark of the buildings is very blochy, making us not understand the true color of the buildings. There is no pixilation in this photo.

The composition of this photo is not very pleasing to look at because of the constant mix between the shadows and brighter areas. The rule of thirds is not being used. The focal point of the image is right in the center. The angle the photo was take from was from below and it was to show how free the boy looks when he is higher up. The depth of field is shallow. The focal point is the boy but more specifically his feet. The lines of the picture point us to the boy and outside of the photo. There is extra space between the boy, the buildings and the end of the photo. The edge of the image cuts off more buildings.

The theme shown here is how the boy feels liberated when he is floating. The story being told shows us that this liberation comes from the less-stressful environment he feels up in the air. The artists intention is to show us the freedom we can feel without all the business around us. This agrees with my beliefs of how the world can be a stressful place. I like this because of the underlying meaning shown in the photo.

The photo above is of someone in midair in front of an old building. The photo is in black and white. The lighting of the photo is bright in the center and around the corners the color is black, the sides of the photo are a black as well.
The image is underexposed and the bottom of the persons feet are focused while the surrounding areas of the feet and above are somewhat blurry and out of focus. The color of the "white" in the photo looks like it's a little of and has a pale gray hue to it, overall the photo has a good color solution. No pixilation is seen in the photo.
The photo is pleasing to look at because I have a lot of questions about the photo. I like that we see the person jumping from a bugs eye view and that the person jumping looks relaxed. Rule of thirds isn't being used because the main subject of the photo is in the center. The photo isn't framed but the walls around the subject of the photo enclose them and lead the viewer to focus on them. The image is somewhat balanced and the frame is filled entirely because of the buildings and light.
The theme of this image could be youth or relaxation. No story is being told, but I do have a lot of questions about why the subject is jumping and where they are. The artist of the photo could've had an intention of implying that youth has a role in the motif of the photo. The image overall is interesting because brings a lot of questions to mind and it just looks nice. The photo is satisfying because that's something a kid can relate to, having fun and being yourself.

This image displays a boy, probably young, that appears to be floating in midair. He is reaching up to the sky and is surrounded by an older looking building. The picture is black and white, and it contains many dark shadows. An exception to the mostly dark photo is the gloomy sky above that looks very bright and light gray. Within the photo there is the boy, the building surrounding him, two gargoyle heads attached to the building, and three doors that most likely lead into the building. The boy appears to be reaching up into the sky while floating.

The image seems to be underexposed due to how bright the light of the sky appears. The majority of the image isn't in focus, the only thing in focus being the boy's shoes. The image appears to be mostly color correct. There appears to be a small amount of pixelation. Some sections of the photo look fuzzy and out of focus. The picture isn't very pleasing to look at in my opinion because it is a bit hard for your eyes to adjust to what is going on. The rule of thirds doesn't appear to be being used because the subject of the photo, the boy, is in the center.

The point of view and angle of this picture is from below/a bug's eye view. The focal point is the boy, and he is framed by the buildings around him. The vertical lines on the building help guide your eyes up to the boy. The image is not balanced/symmetrical because if you were to split it in half, the two halves would look very different. There is extra space around the boy, and he doesn't completely fill the frame. The edge of the photo crops out part of the building and the remainder of the sky above the boy.

I believe this photo is telling about a boy reaching for what he desires. Perhaps he is reaching for some sort of god that he believes in. Him floating represents him getting close to his goal. I can relate to this photo because the process of reaching what you want can seem hanging and daunting. I don't really like this picture because of the fuzziness. I also do not love the look of the building behind him.

The image is taken from a bug's perspective, through what looks like a glass floor. I theorize that this may in fact be a glass floor due to the dampness of the edges. It is as though the temperatures differ in each side of the glass. The photograph is made in black and white colors to convey a message. Just by looking at at the picture, I can tell that it wasn't set up in a studio and was taken with natural lightning. There are really dark shadows and bright skies, there is a lot of tone variation, in m opinion. The picture includes a child, (maybe) standing on this glass floor with his or her arms extended towards the skies. His surroundings are limited, but what we can see is a building. My guess of its building style is baroque, or maybe some early 18th century style. I can't quite see because the dark shadows limit my line of sight.
I believe this picture may be a little underexposed. It's just that the shadows are too dark. The image is in focus, but only on the child's feet. The rest seems distorted by blurs, or maybe the glass floor's dampness. Even if the dampness does seem to change the texture of the picture, it still has and adequate resolution.
I find it pleasing to look at. Maybe it' the dampness/blur. I find it calming. And I also believe that this dampness it the picture's very frame. It frame's the child's feet and the positive space in the middle. The picture is surrounded by its negative space.
While analyzing the picture, I couldn't come up with a message or moral in it. I still find it pleasing to look at. I like the picture overall.

The photograph depicts the angle under an unidentified person. They appear to be jumping or maybe standing on a glass floor. The man/boy's arms are spread out to the side and he seems to be looking up. He is wearing casual clothes as we can clearly see his shorts and sneakers.

The picture is definitely in a shallow depth of field. In addition, there is a blackening around the border. This adds to the certain mystery and darkness about the subject and what the photograph is trying to convey. As a black and white photo, the contrast is relatively high making the subject which is black pop out more to the viewer's eyes against the white. Also, the only thing that is in focus is the shoes of the mystery person. This may also pertain to the underlying message of the photograph.

Another thing that comes to mind while viewing the picture is supposed smudges around the sky in the picture. This is probably due to the lense, and unknown whether this was intentional for the photo. This in combination with the black and white aspect give the photo a vintage look. It is almost as if this photo as been pulled out of an old pile of things. It gives the photograph a unique look that catches the eye and makes you think of these kinds of scenarios.

The subject of the photograph itself might represent the emotions going on in someone's mind. The picture might represent depression, or anxiety and feeling trapped in oneself. The angle of being underneath the person creates this aura of feeling lost and looking up for something. The darkness all around and the lack of color emphasizes these emotions. The photograph is trying to convey a specific perspective about human emotion that can't necessarily be described in words.

This image is of a boy or girl floating in mid air. The person appears young and only has one leg. The skies are grey and cloudy. The photo is taken from a bugs perspective. It is in black and white to make the boy stand out.

The photo is underexposed. It has a shallow depth of field. The shadows direct your attention towards the center of the image. The lines of the photo do not direct your attention to a specific place on the photo. The resolution on the image contains grains.

The building in the back appears to be old making you assume the photo was taken somewhere around the 19th century. This photograph is not pleasing to look at due to all the darkness. I think this photo is about a kid doing the impossible even with his setbacks. The kid did not actually levitate however. The image is asymmetrical.

I do not think the photographer was successful with this photo. It is hard to find out deeper meaning. He also was not successful because I do not find this pleasing to look at. The photographer did not use the rule of thirds. Overall I do not like the photo.

The photograph is of a boy jumping in mid air with an old building in the background. He is wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes. In mid air he has his arms out and seems to be floating. The sky seems to be cloudy, gloomy, and sad, There are what looks like pig faces on the old-looking, stone building.

The technique of the photograph isn't traditional and it looks like a lot was done to make it look like the it is. The photograph which is in black and white seems to be taken with some kind of film over the lens to give the grainy, light to dark look in the corners. The boy is almost fully black and the focus is more of on the bottom of his body and fades up to the top half of his body. The shutter speed of the photograph is very fast because the boy is looks like he is floating in air. There is no blurriness in the photograph. The building in the background gives off a grainy picture and has many depths in the color.

The photography isn't very pleasing to look at because of the gloomy, negative feeling it has. The photograph was shot in worms-eye-view and is taken from a much lower level than the boy in mid-air. The photograph has black that fades to the outside outer-corner and so the photo doesn't exactly fill the frame. The photograph has a lot of negative space due to the underexposure of the photograph. I believe that the photographer purposely did this to make the design of the photograph have more depth.

I personally don't like this photograph because of the sadness it makes me feel when I look at it. Although I don't like it, I do believe that it is a successful photograph because it has a lot of meaning behind it. Looking at the photograph; I don't really know what the meaning behind the photograph but I do know that it is something deep. A boy doesn't just jump off of something of a high object for nothing, especially if the photographer incorporated the gloomy vibe.

The picture appears to be a boy finding an eternal light while walking near a church, and now he is floating away into the sky where he awaits a special being. He also appears to be leaving his family the cause maybe an accident that caused death and now he is floating into heaven.

The image is underexposed because the image is really dark to the point where you can hardly see the boy at all. It has a shallow depth of field. the image is centered because the boy is the only part of the photo that isn't completely blurred.

The image is pleasing to look at because it has a very religious/spiritual vibe and for some one that has lost a young family member they can look at this and find closure or happiness. The colors blend with the transcendence theme because the white and black have the meaning that the end is mysterious.

I like this image it gives me a pleasing feeling. I like the colors I think that they fit the image setting very well. The setting of the image looks like a church which in my opinion seem to be the perfect place to take the photograph.

This image is of a young boy jumping in the air having fun. The colors being used are black and white. But the whites are more of an off white. The lighting in this image has a lot of shadows on the outside picture. In this photograph there is what seems to be an old building with a young boy in the air, from jumping.

This image is underexposed. The exposure needs to be brighter. This image is not focused. The colors are not correct. The whites are not correct, the white is an off-white.

This image is pleasing to look at but at the same time not. The image is pleasing because it is being focused on brings happy moments but overall the picture is not pleasing because of how the photo is angled, blurry, and colors are off. the point of you is a bugs eye view. I could guess that the photographer took this photograph top bring back memories of our childhood. Meaning that our childhood was fun, with no worries, and just living life. This reminds me of my childhood, because i loved having fun and i did not have many things to worry about when i was young.

The point of perspective of the image is beautiful but the image itself is not. the reason is because the overall image is very unfocused and the colors incorrect. I like this image because of the things this photo reminds me. Although it is not a very well established photograph but the meaning is inspiring. Yes this photograph is successful.

The image has a black and white tone and has many blurry parts that seem to be an addition to the lens. It uses grayscale to emphasize the shadows to the sky and create a darker, less vibrant mood. The image shows a kid floating above the camera next to some historic/old building that has 3 entrances. The top of the image is particularly blurry in a rainbow shape, and the top corners seem completely black. The image was taken outside, and was set up. The person floating in the picture seems to be child-like and is wearing tennis shoes and shorts. He is also throwing his hands to the sides, but besides that, not much is known about this person.
The image seems to be under-exposed to, again, show a less vibrant, darker mood. A photograph, such as this one, seems to be more serious once the exposure is low, and the colors are dull. There is no whites in the image. Everything is a form of gray, or black. There is no pixelation, but the resolution is very poor due to the blur/ unclearness in the lens. Nothing in the image is in perfect focus, but the shoes and leg of the person jumping seem to be a little more clear than the rest of the image.
The subject is kind of framed by the unclearness in the lens and by the building behind him/her. The image is taken from a bug's eye point of view, and, in my opinion, is asymmetrical. The edges of the image have an extreme vignette and bring out the subject by creating a circle around him/her. The image is not pleasing to look at because it is very unclear.
This image may portray a person rising into the sky majestically for an unknown reason. The subject is opening his arms as to receive whatever magical powers he/she is about to be given by an all-powerful being. It reminds me of the movie Shrek when Fiona turns into an ogre when she rises to the sky majestically. This same motion is shown when Ariel turns into a human in the Little Mermaid, and the Beast turns into a prince in Beauty and the Beast. Basically all Disney movies (plus Shrek) have these moments (and yes, I have 3 younger siblings). The image is noteworthy, because it is very different from a "traditional" clear photograph, and it is interesting because the viewer isn't left with a lot of info, so he/she has to think creatively for meaning.
I do not like the image because it is dull, and mysterious to the point of incomprehensibility. The lens thing really bothers me as well because it makes the image seem dirty and damaged. The photograph may be successful in making the viewer think, but it is not something that appeals to me.
